These terms apply to labs that list themselves in the ClearAligner.AI lab directory (clearaligner.ai/labs), operated by GuideMia.

What the directory is

A list of labs that dentists can contact directly. ClearAligner.AI does not forward cases, take orders, or handle payment between dentists and labs, and is not a party to any agreement between them.

Listing

• Listings are free.
• One listing per account, for a lab you run or are authorised to represent.
• Each new listing and each change is reviewed by GuideMia before it appears. Until a change is approved, the previously approved version stays published.
• GuideMia may decline a listing or ask for changes, and may remove a listing that is inaccurate or misleading.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the listing accurate: services, accepted file formats, turnaround and contact details. Turnaround is shown as stated by the lab.
• The contact details you list are published. List only details you are allowed to publish.
• You are responsible for the work you agree with dentists who contact you.

Removing a listing

To remove your listing, email privacy@guidemia.com.
